Helmsdale Hives 100% Raw Woodland Honey is an affordable, tasty, multi-floral Honey sourced from Northland Beekeepers. As this is a natural product, the honey will differ in taste between seasons, and batches.

During the packing process, the honey is warmed through to break down any initial crystallization of the honey's natural sugars. This gives us flowing honey, as you would find direct from the hive.

Crystallization will begin to re-form over time, however, this is a completely natural process. To restore your honey to it's liquid state simply apply a gentle heat. To retain its full health benefits, the honey should not exceed 37°C.
